PIPING AND PROCESS SYSTEMS

Driven by legislation, budgets and QESH philosophies, the need in our industry is high to get a professional and effective engineering and inspection company on board.

Together with our other business units, we are able to help you to fabricate a safe and sound process system where operators can work 24/7, knowing that they can rely on the good quality status of their facility.

Our “piping and process systems” unit provides:

  • project co-ordination and management (also on-site);
  • support engineering;
  • materials-, welding-, NDT- and coating engineering;
  • procurement and expediting;
  • mechanical completion;
  • inspection at plants, platform and related facilities;
  • review and preparation of procedures / scope of work;
  • auditing;
  • documentation and certification to the approval of various Certifying Authorities and / or Client and Legal requirements.

Fasttrek are in recent years involved with the engineering, construction, installation and inspection of several production platforms, various process related skids, tanks, separators, valves, generator and compressor packages.

Since a couple of our engineers have a working history at one of the well-known Certifying Authorities, such as Lloyds Register and DNV, we are able to offer you support in NoBo / CA coordination, PED guidelines, KVI requirements , CE marking and all other Legal related subjects, what may occur in a project.

We do have the knowhow to also assist your procurement department with the technical input for preparing the request for quotation (RFQ), to make sure that it fully complies to international standards, client specifications and legal rules and regulations, but also the technical support during the entire procurement process such as preparation and chair kick off / pre-inspection meetings, inspection, expediting, and documentation review / approval and release note initiation.

During construction, Fasttrek can manage the document control flow, internal and/or external review cycles, vendor documentation, mechanical completion packages, all resulting in a fully reviewed and approved as built package.
